Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza osobnostních nároků vybraného existujícího podniku terciární sféry a návrh koncepce explicitních osobnostních požadavků na zaměstnance tohoto podniku. The subject of this thesis is to analyze personal requirements in chosen real enterprise of tertiary sector and to propose concept of explicit claims for personal labor in this company.
