Behavioral disorders of pupils in secondary schools with established institutional education

Abstract:

Tématem závěrečné práce jsou poruchy chování v prostředí ústavní výchovy. Teoretická část práce se zabývá problematikou náhradní výchovy, její charakteristikou, současným stavem a historií ústavní výchovy. Dále definuje poruchy chování, možnosti vzniku, jejich charakteristické rysy a osobnost pedagogického pracovníka. Metodami teoretické části je analýza a syntéza informací odborných publikací a zdrojů. Metodou empirické části práce je získání dat využitím kvalitativní metodologie (metod a technik pozorování, rozhovorů a kazuistiky) zmapovat nejčastěji se vyskytující poruchy chování u žáků v ústavní výchově. Hlavním cílem práce bude naznačit možné přístupy k řešení těchto poruch v rámci ústavní výchovy. Pozitivní přínos je pro samotné učitele, vychovatele a další pracovníky v tak specifickém prostředí jako je výchovný ústav.

Abstract:

The topic of the final thesis is behavioral disorders in the institutional care environment. The theoretical part deals with problems of substitute education, its characteristics, current state and history of institutional education. It further defines behavioral disorders, the possibilities of their origin, their characteristic features and the personality of the pedagogical worker. Methods of the theoretical part are analysis and synthesis of information of scientific publications and sources. The method of the empirical part of the thesis is to obtain data using the qualitative methodology (observation methods, techniques, interviews and case reports) to map the most frequently encountered behavioral disorders in pupils in institutional care. The main aim of the thesis will be to outline the possible approaches to solving these disorders within institutional education. Positive benefits are for the teachers themselves, educators and other workers in such a specific environment as the educational institute.
