Anotace Tématem bakalářské práce je Ústava USA. Cílem práce je přiblížit čtenáři okolnosti vzniku Ústavy a rozbor jejích částí, včetně dodatků. Cílem této práce je také popis postavení USA ve světě a jejich vlivu na ostatní země. Protože je Ústava Spojených států historickým dílem, práce je pojata z historického hlediska.
