Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit hospodaření a nakládaní vybraných městských částí se svěřeným bytovým fondem. Pro naplnění cíle práce nejprve autor charakterizuje obecné pojmy týkající se bydlení, bytové politiky a struktury bytového fondu. Dochází i ke srovnání se zahraničními městy. The bachelor's thesis has set the goal of assessing the management and economy of selected city districts of Prague with the entrusted housing stock. To meet this objective, the author first characterizes general concepts related to housing, housing policy and the structure of the housing stock.
