Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje hodnocení situace dítěte a rodiny, které je v rámci sociálně-právní ochrany považováno za jednu z klíčových metod sociální práce s rodinou. Vzhledem k tomu, že právě prostřednictvím této metody se zjišťuje, zda se dítě nachází v ohrožení a je zapotřebí jeho ochrany ze strany státu, věnuje se tato práce pojmem ohrožené dítě a přibližuje funkce rodiny vztahující se k dítěti. Opomíjeny nejsou ani potřeby dítěte a druhy ohrožení dítěte. Na hodnocení situace dítěte a rodiny diplomová práce nahlíží jako na proces a zabývá se jeho jednotlivými fázemi, od počáteční identifikace ohroženého dítěte přes úvodní a komplexní hodnocení po závěrečnou fázi, kdy je vypracován záznam z hodnocení a přistupuje se k vytvoření individuálního plánu ochrany dítěte. Pozornost je věnována také nástrojům, které je možné v rámci tohoto procesu používat při posuzování jednotlivých oblastí hodnocení. S ohledem na skutečnost, že hodnocení situace dítěte a rodiny není metodou novou, dotýká se tato práce několika vybraných modelů hodnocení situace dítěte a rodiny, které byly v České republice používány. Výzkumná část se zabývá kvalitativním výzkumným šetřením, jehož prostřednictvím je od sociálních pracovníků zjišťováno, jak vnímají metodu hodnocení situace dítěte a rodiny v praxi.

Abstract:

The thesis is devoted to assessing the situation of the child and the family, which is part of social and legal protection is considered to be one of the key methods of social work with families. Given that it is through this method to determine whether the child is in danger and needed his protection from the state, deals with the notion of endangered child and closer to family functions related to the child. Neglected neither the child's needs and the types of child endangerment. On evaluating the situation of the child and the family thesis is seen as a process and deals with its various phases, from the initial identification of endangered child through the initial and comprehensive evaluation of the final phase, when the developed recording of assessment and approach to creating an individual child protection plan. Attention is also paid tools that can be in the process used in the assessment of individual areas of evaluation. Given the fact that the assessment of the situation of the child and the family is not a new method, it affects the work of a few selected models of assessment of the situation of the child and the family, which were used in the Czech Republic. The research deals with a qualitative research survey through which the social workers to determine how they perceive the method of assessing the situation of the child and family practice.
