Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza konkrétního podniku. Nejprve byl proveden rozbor vnějšího prostředí se zaměřením na obecné okolní prostředí a oborové okolní prostředí. Následně bylo prozkoumáno vnitřní prostředí včetně finanční situace. Pomocí těchto analýz bylo provedeno zhodnocení silných i slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb daného podniku. The subject of this thesis is the analysis of a particular company. First, the external environment analysis was conducted focusing on the general environment and business environment.
