Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá právní úpravou oddlužení, zejména společného oddlužení manželů. Tato práce se zaměřuje na průběh oddlužení a specifika společného oddlužení manželů, jeho odlišnosti od průběhu oddlužení jednoho člověka. This rigorous work deals with the legal regulation of debt relief, especially joint debt relief of spouses. This thesis is focused on the process of debt relief, the specifics of the joint debt relief of the spouses and its distinction from the process of debt relief of one person.
