Genetic testing of dispositions to atherosclerosis
Abstract:
Tato literární rešerše shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o genetickém testování dispozic k ateroskleróze. V první řadě podává informace o patogenezi a morfologii tohoto onemocnění a dále o endogenních a exogenních rizikových faktorech. Hlavním cílem bylo shrnout geny a genové polymorfismy s nimi spojené a jejich vliv na rozvoj aterosklerózy.
Abstract:
This thesis comprises existing information on genetic testing of disposition to atherosclerosis. The work deals primarily with the pathogenesis and morphology of this disease and furthermore with endogenous and exogenous risk factors. The main objective was to summarize genes and gene polymorphism and their influence on the development of atherosclerosis.
