Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kultury učení a pracovní spokojenosti v základních a mateřských školách. The thesis deals with the issue of learning culture and job satisfaction in primary and kindergarten schools. Specifically, it examines the extent of learning culture in these organizations and the impact of learning culture on job satisfaction.
