Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku spojenou s určováním rodičovství v kontextu současného pohledu na rodinu a práva dětí. Práce analyzuje určování mateřství, včetně problémů spojených s anonymním a utajeným porodem a náhradním mateřstvím, dále se zabývá asistovanou reprodukcí a problematikou babyboxů. Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of determining parenthood in the context of the current view on family and children's rights. The thesis analyzes the determination of maternity, including issues related to anonymous and undisclosed childbirth, as well as surrogate motherhood.
