Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji kyselině retinové a jejímu vlivu na buněčné linie, zejména lidské buňky MCF-7 a modelový organismus Danio rerio. Dále se zaměřuji na Wnt/β-kateninovou dráhu a změny genové exprese genů NDRG1 a ATF3. Poslední výzkumy ukazují, že retinoidní látky, včetně kyseliny all-trans retinové, jsou přirozenou součástí sinic a řas v prostředí, a proto je nutné jejich výskyt a působení …more
Abstract:
In this thesis I follow retinoic acid and its effect on cell lines, especially human breast cells MCF-7 and model organism Danio rerio. Next, I focus on the Wnt/β-catenin pathway and changes of gene expression of genes NDRG1 and ATF3.
