Shared custody and its impact on childen the school success on lower primary school, from the view of a teacher

Abstract:

Má diplomová práce je zaměřena na velmi aktuální a diskutované téma, kterým je střídavá péče o děti. Na toto téma nahlíží široká veřejnost, rodiče, ale také odborníci a soudci z různých úhlů pohledu. Vzhledem k tomu, že se v budoucnu stanu učitelkou, zajímal mě náhled na tuto problematiku právě z pohledu učitele. Diplomová práce pojednává o rodině, rodinném prostředí, domově a o vlivu rozvodu či rozchodu rodičů a následné střídavé péče na úspěšnost dítěte ve škole. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části se budu zaobírat definici rodiny, přiblížením pojmu střídavá péče a aspekty, které ji ovlivňují nebo, které může ovlivňovat. Ve výzkumné části se budu zabývat rozborem kvalitativního výzkumu, ve kterém budu vést kvalitativní rozhovor s učiteli a zjišťovat vliv střídavé péče na školní úspěšnost dítěte na prvním stupni.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on a frequently discussed theme in present, the matter of Shared custody. Public, parents, as well as specialists and jurisdiction look at the issue from a different angle. As I would like to become a teacher in future, I was interested to see the matter from the teacher´s point of view. The thesis analyses such terms as family, family background, "home" feeling, influence of parental divorce or break-up, joint custody and its impact on children´s success at school. The thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part In theoretical part I will focus on the concept of join custody and aspects affecting it. In empirical part I will analyse quality research, based on semi-structured interview with teachers in order to define impact of joint custody on children´s success at lower primary school.
