Present and Future of Restaurant Breweries

Abstract:

Česká republika je známá svým pivovarnictvím, je tedy přirozené věnovat se tomuto tématu. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá současností a budoucností restauračních pivovarů. Cílem mé práce je objasnit základní pojmy související s pivem a dále minulost, současnost a budoucnost restauračních pivovarů. Dále jsem chtěla zjistit, jestli lidé navštěvují tyto restaurační pivovary a zkoušejí nové druhy piv, zda znají pojem speciální pivo a euro pivo, a kde nejraději pivo pijí. V práci stručně popisuji výrobu piva, zvyklosti spotřebitelů piva v Čechách, trendy v pití piva a poukazuji na současný stav pivovarnictví a pití piva v České republice. Informace jsou čerpány nejen z rozsáhlé literatury a internetových zdrojů, ale také ze statistických údajů Centra pro výzkum veřejného mínění. Osobně jsem také navštívila několik restauračních pivovarů.

Abstract:

The Czech republic is well known for its brewing, so it´s very nice to spend some time on this topic. This work contains some information about present and future breweries restaurants. The goale of my work is to expain some basic concepts of a beer. Another goal is to clarify the past and present of restaurant breweries. I also wanted to figure out if people like to visit these restaurant breweries and if they like to try new kinds of beer. For example, if they know what is an eurobeer and a special beer. Next thing I wanted to know is where they like to drink their favorite beer. In my work I briefly describe the making of a beer, habits of consumers in the Czech Republic, trends in a drinking beer and also current situations of brewing industry in the Czech Republic. I got all the information not only from the extensive literature and Internet sources but also from the statistics of the Center for Public Research. I also have visited few restaurant breweries to get more information.
