Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá ověřením antimikrobiálních účinků vybraných ústních vod. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii dutiny ústní a její fyziologickou mikroflóru. Dále se zaměřuje na nejčastější onemocnění dutiny ústní a jejich prevenci. Je zde také uveden přehled ústních vod dostupných v ČR, které jsou rozděleny do jednotlivých skupin dle obsažených účinných látek. V experimentální části je popsán …more

This bachelor thesis is focused on testing antimicrobial properties of selected mouthwashes. Theoretical part describes the anatomy of the oral cavity and its natural microflora. Further the most frequent diseases of the oral cavity and their prevention are described.
