The role of a teacher and a pupil in teaching of fractions by Hejny's method

Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá pozorováním rolí učitele a žáka v klasické výuce matematiky a výuce Hejného metody. Autorka práce se v teoretické části zabývá popisem základních pojmů, které jsou potřeba znát při učivu zlomků, dále konstruktivismem, historií a principy zkoumané metody. Dále popisuje přístup učitele a zlomky v 7. třídě na 2. stupni, které zahrnují hledání cest k řešení a popis, co by žáci na 2. stupni ZŠ měli znát. Výzkumná část zahrnuje především práci žáků s úkoly, jejich řešení a vymýšlení vlastních příkladů. Na začátku je shrnut výklad zlomků, který byl žákům poskytnut, dále jsou uvedeny standardy rámcového vzdělávacího programu dle jednotlivých ročníků a vše je doplněno o obecné předpoklady znalostí zlomků dětí mateřských škol a na jednotlivých stupních ZŠ. Na závěr jsou shrnuty základní poznatky, které vyplývají z teoretické i praktické části práce a doporučení pro výuku zlomků žáků základní školy.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the observation the roles of the teacher and the student in the classical teaching of mathematics and the teaching of the Hejny method. In the theoretical part, the author deals with the description basic concepts that need to be known in the curriculum of fractions, as well as constructivism, history and principles of the researched method. It also describes the approach of the teacher and the fractions in the 7th class at the primary school, which include finding ways to solve and describing what students at the primary school should know. The research part mainly includes the work of students with tasks, their solution and thinking up their own examples. There is summarized the interpretation of fractions provided to pupils at the beginning of the thesis, the standards of the framework educational program according to individual school years are given and everything is supplemented by general assumptions of knowledge of fractions of kindergarten children and at individual primary school levels. Finally, the basic findings are summarized, which follow from the theoretical and practical part of the thesis and recommendations for teaching fractions of primary school students.
