Abstract:
Tato práce sleduje vliv rozpuštěné organické hmoty na rozpustnost dioxinově aktivních polutantů a na sorpci těchto polutantů na stěny laboratorního skla. Pro tento účel byly použity metody chemické analýzy a in vitro testování na buněčné linii H4IIE-luc, obsahující reportérový gen pro luciferázu. Abstract:
This thesis studies the influence of dissolved organic matter on sollubility of dioxin-like pollutants and its influence on pollutant - glass interactions. Chemical analysis and in vitro H4IIE-luc cell line testing containing imported lucipherase reporter gene were used for this purpose.
