Migration Policy of the Federal Republic of Germany as a Possible Tool for Solution of Business Problems with Expected Demographic Crisis
Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje historické migrační proudy přes hranice Spolkové republiky Německo se zaměřením na tureckou menšinu. Empirická část obsahuje ekonometrické modely, které mají kvantifikovat ekonomický dopad migrace na německý pracovní trh. Na jejich základě jsou pak formulována doporučení s ohledem na očekávaný demografický vývoj.
Abstract:
This thesis describes migration flows across the border of the Federal Republic of Germany with focus on Turkish minority. The empirical part contains econometric models to quantify economic impact on the German labor market. Recommendations are formulated on their basis, regarding to expected demographic trends.
