Criminal liability of young people

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce na téma Trestně právní odpovědnost mládeže je rozdělena do několika oblastí. V teoretické části práce se zaměřuji na oblast kriminality mládeže, trestní odpovědnost a sankcionování mládeže a prevenci kriminality u této věkové skupiny. V jednotlivých kapitolách bakalářské práce se věnuji obecnému pojetí kriminality, kriminogenním faktorům a systému restorativní justice. V rámci jedné kapitoly bakalářské práce rovněž analyzuji právní předpisy týkající se problematiky trestně právní odpovědnosti mládeže. Součástí mé bakalářské práce je také srovnání české právní úpravy trestní odpovědnosti mládeže s právní úpravou platnou na území Rakouska. Na závěr práce připojuji několik vlastních námětů k současné úpravě trestní odpovědnosti mládeže v České republice.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis entitled Criminal Legal Responsibility of Youth is divided into several parts. In the theoretical part of the work I focus on the issue of juvenile delinquency, criminal liability and sanctioning of juveniles and crime prevention in this age group. In the individual chapters of the bachelor thesis I deal with the general concept of crime, criminogenic factors and the system of restorative justice. In one chapter of the bachelor thesis I also analyze the legal regulations concerning the issue of criminal liability of young people. Part of my bachelor's thesis is also a comparison of the Czech legislation on juvenile criminal liability with the legislation in force in Austria. At the end of the work, I attach several of my own ideas to the current regulation of juvenile criminal liability in the Czech Republic.
