Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je motivace dobrovolníků k výkonu dobrovolnické služby v organizacích zaštiťujících sociální služby našim občanům. Problematika dobrovolnictví je v dnešní době velmi aktuálním tématem a dobrovolníci jsou organizacemi velmi ceněni. The main topic of this thesis is a motivation volunteers for a performance to voluntary service in organizations, which provide a social services for our citizens. Problems of voluntariness are very hot issue nowadays and volunteers are so desired from organizations.
