Tato práce se zabývá stanovením vybraných polyfenolických látek v různých částech rostliny vinné révy (Vitis vinifera). Díky složitosti rostlinného materiálu byl součástí práce výběr vhodné předúpravy vzorků (extrakce). This work deals with determination of selected polyphenols in different parts of the plant vine (Vitis vinifera). Due to the complexity of the plant material, the main part of the work was focused on the appropriate sample pre-treatment (extraction).
