Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo shrnout nejnovější poznatky v terapii temporomandibulárních poruch. Upřednostňována je konzervativní léčba podporující přirozené regenerační schopnosti organismu. Klinické studie prokázaly, že účinnost konzervativní terapie je vyšší, kombinuje-li více postupů. Nejčastěji používanými metodami z fyzikální terapie jsou ultrazvuk, laser a termoterapie. Abstract:
The aim was to summarize the latest knowledge on the treatment of temporomandibular disorders. Conservative treatment stimulating the body's natural regenerative capacity is preferred. Clinical trials have shown that conservative therapy is more effective when several approaches are combined.
