Účelem této diplomové práce je se seznámit s Časovou působností norem občanského práva. První kapitola této práce pojednává o občanském právu jako o odvětví právního řádu. Druhá část je zaměřena na časovou působnost právních norem, právní normu, na čas a platnost právních norem. The purpose of this thesis is to get acquainted with Temporary Force of civil Law Rules. The first part of the thesis concerns the civil law as the branche of the system of law. The second part is focused on the temporary force of law rules, the rule of law, the term and the force of law rules.
