Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem gestačního diabetu mellitu z pohledu procesu nutriční péče. Jednotlivé kapitoly teoretické části se věnují definici, patofyziologii, diagnostice a rizikům vyplývajících z dekompenzovaného GDM. V kapitole léčba je popsána dieta, která je jedním z hlavních nástrojů léčby GDM. Jsou popsána doporučení platná v ČR a v zahraničí. Praktická část zahrnuje tři kazuistiky pacientek …more

This bachelor thesis deals with topic of gestatioal diabetes mellitus from the perspective of the nutritional care process. The individual chapters of the theoretical part deal with the definition, pathopshysiology, diagnosis and risks resulting from decompensated GDM.
