Vizualizace dat z magnetické rezonance
Visualization of MRI Data
Abstract:
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to design and implement a prototipe of application for visualization of the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) data, primarly data acquired by the Bruker MRI system at the Institute of Scientific Instruments of the CAS. The application should be able to visualize the data on every level of processing using basic visualization and interaction tools.
