Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se autorka zabývá problémem neexistujícího etického kodexu ve společnosti ProJobEU s.r.o. Po shrnutí teoretických poznatků z oblasti tvorby etických kodexů a představení současných trendů byla jako nejvhodnější metoda výzkumu zvolena kvalitativní metoda výzkumu s názvem focus group. Tato metoda měla za cíl získat co nejhlubší poznatky a zkušenosti zástupců společnosti v oblasti etického chování při skupinové diskusi. Tato diskuse byla následně vyhodnocena tematickou analýzou, která vyústila v zakotvenou teorii. Ve focus group, které se zúčastnilo 7 účastníků bylo položeno celkem 9 otázek z každé etické oblasti. Odpovědi byly vyhodnoceny a reflektovány ve formě hierarchy chart. Z odpovědí účastníků, vedoucího pracovníka a teoretických poznatků ohledně tvorby etického kodexu byl vytvořen individuální etický kodex pro společnost ProJobEU s.r.o. společně s grafickým návrhem loga etického kodexu.

Abstract:

In this qualification thesis, the author deals with the problem of the non-existent code of ethics in the company ProJobEU s.r.o. After summarizing theoretical findings from the field of ethical code creation and presenting current trends, a qualitative research method called focus group was chosen as the most appropriate research method. The aim of this method was to obtain the deepest knowledge and experience of company representatives in the field of ethical behavior during group discussion. This discussion was subsequently evaluated by a thematic analysis, which resulted in a grounded theory. In the focus group, which was attended by 7 participants, a total of 9 questions from each ethical area were asked. The answers were evaluated and reflected in the form of hierarchy charts. An individual code of ethics for the company ProJobEU s.r.o. was created from the answers of the participants, the manager and theoretical knowledge regarding the creation of the code of ethics. together with the graphic design of the code of ethics logo.
