Anotace:

Nejdůležitější činností v oblasti personalistiky je motivování zaměstnanců. Teoretická část slouží jako uvedení a výklad nejdůležitějších pojmů a teorií motivace. Teorie popisuje souvislosti mezi motivací a dosahováním cílů. V praktické části je provedena analýza problému a současné situace, jejíž součástí je charakteristika společnosti, systém odměňování a benefity, vyhodnocení zaměstnaneckého průzkumu a uvedení benefitů bankovní konkurence. V závěru jsou podány návrhy na zlepšení motivačního programu společnosti Bibby Financial Services, a.s.

Abstract:

The most important activities in the human resources are how to motivate the employees. The theoretical part of this thesis is about introduction and explanation of the most important concepts and theories of motivation. The theory describes the relation between the motivation and the achievement of goals. In the practical part, there is an analysis of the problem and the current situation, which includes description of the company, its system of remuneration and benefits, evaluation of employee survey and comparing of benefits of the mentioned company with its bank competitors. In conclusion, there are made some proposals, how to improve the motivation system of Bibby Financial Services, Inc.
