Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá operačním rizikem v pojišťovně a problematikou jeho řízení. Podstatná část práce je rovněž věnována nedávno implementované směrnici Solvency II, včetně jejího dopadu na operační riziko. This bachelor thesis deals with operational risk in an insurance company and the issue of its management. A substantial part of the thesis is also dedicated to the recently implemented Solvency II directive, including its impact on operational risk.
