Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zpracování zjednodušené projektové dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení novostavby restaurace s ubytováním a minigolfem umístěné ve městě Plzeň-Valcha. Dále se zabývá orientačním statickým výpočtem a posouzením novodobého systému zdění z cihel Porotherm T-profi firmy Wieneberger-Porotherm. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to design the project documentation for a building permit of the restaurant with an accommodation and a miniature golf which is situated is Plzeň-Valcha. The bachelor thesis also contains the static assessment and the evaluation of the modern masonry system T-profi which are produced by Wieneberger Porotherm.
