Determination of Biological Active Compounds Using HPLC with Electrochemical CoulArray Detection
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací chromatografických podmínek pro stanovení vybraných látek ze skupiny stilbenů a katechinů technikou RP-HPLC s elektrochemickou CoulArray detekcí. Optimalizovaná metoda je aplikována na analýzu extraktů připravených z oddenků rostliny křídlatky.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with an optimisation of chromatographic conditions for the determination of the selected stilbenes and catechins using RP-HPLC coupled with electrochemical CoulArray detection. The optimized method is applied to the analysis of the extracts prepared from roots of Polygonum cuspidatum.
