Abstract:
V práci jsem charakterizoval dvě instituce ochrany veřejného zájmu, Nejvyšší kontrolní úřad a Úřad pro zastupování státu ve věcech majetkových. Důraz je kladen na činnost obou úřadů z pohledu platné právní úpravy, mou snahou bylo zachytit celé spektrum jejich úkolů.
Abstract:
In my paper work, I was dealing with two authorities protecting public interest – Supreme Audit Office and Office of the Government Representation in Property Affairs. I emphasesed the activities of both offices according to actual legal regulations and I also tried to describe the whole spectrum of their work.
