A Business Plan for Establishing a New Company in the Field of Gastronomy

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se soustředí na vytvoření podnikatelského záměru pro nový podnik v oblasti gastronomie. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části se práce zaměřila na teoretické poznatky v oblasti podnikání, financování podniku, podnikatelského plánu, gastronomie a moderních trendů v gastronomii. V praktické části práce byly zpracovány analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí a zákazníka pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu. Pomocí provedených analýz byl sestaven projekt založení nového gastronomického provozu. Projekt byl podroben nákladové, časové a rizikové analýze.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the creation of a business plan for a new enterprise in the field of gastronomy. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part, the thesis focuses on theoretical knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship, financing of the business, business plan, gastronomy and its modern trends. In the practical part of the thesis, analyses of the internal and external environment take place. Analysis of the customer group using qualitative research is held as well. These analyses are used for establishing a project of a new catering operation. The project was subjected to cost, time and risk analysis.
