In this Bachelor Thesis, I deal with the impact testing of rent (de)regulation process on tenure choice. I prove a potential impact on tenure choice by micro data of the selected countries households (Slovakia, the Czech Republic), which have an experience with that process, and I focus on socio-demographic factors.
