Ako už vyplýva z názvu tejto bakalárskej práce, v jej obsahu sme spracovávali zmenu prístupu bankového pracovníka ku klientovi pri predaji úverových produktoch. Cieľom tejto práce je analyzovať a odporučiť zmeny prístupu pracovníka banky ku zákazníkovi pri predaji úverových produktoch v komerčných bankách. Táto bakalárska práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol.
