Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním společnosti AC-T servis s.r.o. Práce přináší komplexní strategickou analýzu s detailním zpracováním vnitřního i vnějšího potenciálu a prognózou trhu, finanční analýzu hodnotící finanční situaci podniku, finanční plán společnosti a vlastní ocenění výnosovou metodou DCF entity.
Abstract:
The thesis concentrates on a business valuation of AC-T servis s.r.o. The thesis includes complex strategic analysis with detailed company inside and outside potential and market forecast. The financial analysis evaluates financial situation of the company, financial plan and a final valuation based on DCF entity method.
