Abstract:
V rámci své práce bych rád popsal možnosti občana ČR při ochraně jeho práv a svobod, které mu zaručuje Ústava ČR. Ve své práci se budu věnovat procesním úkonům podání ústavní stížnosti a jejím zpracováním u Ústavního soudu ČR. I would like to describe possibilities of Czech citizens connected with their right and freedom protection guarantied by the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic in my work.
