Cílem práce je analýza volby práva, jakožto základního principu mezinárodního práva soukromého. Důraz je mimo jiné kladen na ekonomický aspekt, tedy zda volba práva přispívá ke zvýšeni ekonomické efektivnosti transakce či nikoli. Práce je členěna do pěti kapitol. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is analysis of the choice of law, as one of the basic principles of private international law. Emphasis is paid, among other things, on the economic aspect, i.e. whether or not the choice of law contributes to the increase of economic efficiency of the transaction.
