Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou personálních činností, které jsou prováděny ve vybrané obchodní společnosti. Pomocí metody syntézy je provedeno shrnutí získaných poznatků a v případě potřebnosti jsou navrženy opatření k realizaci.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of personnel activities which are performed in the selected business company. Using the method of synthesis, a summary of the acquired knowledge is performed and subsequently, if necessary, measures for implementation are proposed.
