Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vývoj metody pasivního vzorkování polárních znečišťujících organických látek ve vodním prostředí. This thesis is focused on development of methods for passive sampling of polar organic pollutants in the aquatic environment. It is necessary to monitor these substances in the environment, due to their risk for aquatic life and human and their widespread use in many areas.
