Crystallization study of chalcogenide glasses
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na studium krystalizace chalkogenidových skel. Byla studována krystalizace Sb2Se3 ve skle quasi-binárního složení (GeSe2)0,5(Sb2Se3)0,5 pomocí DSC za izotermních a neizotermních podmínek. Spolu s touto diplomovou prací byl vytvořen program OriTas, který byl následně použit pro vyhodnocení všech výsledků včetně kinetické analýzy a simulaci teoretických křivek.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with crystallization studies of chalcogenide glasses. Crystallization of Sb2Se3 in the glass with quasi-binary composition (GeSe2)0,5(Sb2Se3)0,5 was studied using DSC under isothermal and nonisothermal conditions.
