Human Resources Marketing of the Chosen Company

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis deals with the issue of the human resources marketing, where we focus more on the satisfaction and motivation of the employees of the chosen company. The aim of the thesis is to propose effective tools to improve communication within the company and towards potential candidates on the basis of an assessment of the current situation. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part characterizes human resources marketing, its divisions and human resources marketing in marketing and marketing communication mix. The second part describes the human resources marketing of the selected company and analyzes its tools and means.

Abstract:

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou personálneho marketingu, v ktorej sa bližšie orientujeme na spokojnosť a motivovanosť zamestnancov vo vybranej spoločnosti. Cieľom práce je na základe zhodnotenia súčasného stavu navrhnúť efektívne nástroje na zlepšenie komunikácie vo vnútri spoločnosti a smerom ku potenciálnym uchádzačom. Práca je rozdelená do dvoch hlavných častí. Prvá časť práce charakterizuje personálny marketing, jeho rozdelenie a personálny marketing v marketingovom a marketingovom komunikačnom mixe. Druhá časť popisuje personálny marketing vybranej spoločnosti a analyzuje jeho nástroje a prostriedky.
