Feedback of the teacher in interaction with a child in kindergarten

Abstract:

Diplomová práce má teoreticko - empirický charakter a zabývá se zpětnou vazbou učitelky v interakci s dítětem v mateřské škole. V teoretické části jsou sumarizovány poznatky z oblasti komunikace, která je nástrojem realizace interakce. V textu je také věnována pozornost pedagogické a výukové komunikace, jejíž nedílnou součástí je zpětná vazba. V empirické části je představený kvalitativní design výzkumu, který byl realizován prostřednictvím nestrukturovaného pozorování a polostrukturovaného interview. V závěru práce jsou analyzovány a interpretovány výsledky výzkumu. Z výsledků výzkumu je patrné, že zpětná vazba učitelek má zejména podobu jednoduché pozitivní či negativní hodnotící zprávy.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis has a theoretic - empirical character and focuses on the feedback of a teacher in terms of interaction with a child in kindergarten. The theoretical part summarizes the aspects of communication, which is a tool of realization of the interaction. In the text, attention is also dedicated to pedagogical and educational communication whose integral part is feedback. In the empirical part, there is a quality design study introduced, which was implemented via unstructured observation and semi-structured interview. The results of the study are analyzed and interpreted at the end of the diploma thesis. It is apparent from the study's results that teachers' feedback has especially a form of simple, positive or negative, evaluating message.
