Selected activities at primary school with the use of integrated teaching

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím integrované výuky na prvním stupni základní školy. Cílem práce je začlenění integrované výuky do vzdělávacího procesu a představení možností jejího uplatnění ve výuce. Praktická část práce obsahuje pět témat, která jsou zařazena do různých vyučovacích předmětů a jsou vyučována jak ve vnitřním tak i venkovním prostředí. Důležitou součástí práce je také terénní integrovaná výuka a badatelsky orientovaná výuka, kvůli vhodnosti jejího propojení s integrovanou výukou, která u žáků ještě více zvyšuje zájem a podporuje vnitřní motivaci. Dalšími cíli práce je shrnutí výhod a nevýhod integrované výuky, seznámení se s různými způsoby využití integrace ve výuce, uvést její možnosti a omezení, porovnat integrovanou výuku s projektovým vyučováním a ukázat příklad dobré praxe ze zahraničí. Ve zvolených tématech jsou zařazeny prvky terénní integrované výuky a badatelsky orientované výuky, je také vytvořen soubor pracovních listů a pomůcek, které je možné využít pro výuku v rámci zvolených integrovaných bloků. Cílem práce je také zhodnotit využitelnost těchto materiálů. Celkově lze říci, že tato práce se zaměřuje na uplatnění a praktické využití integrované výuky na prvním stupni základní školy. Přináší nové poznatky a nápady pro vyučování, které mohou být pro pedagogy inspirací při přípravě výuky.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the use of integrated learning in the first stage of primary school. The aim of the thesis is to integrate Integrated Learning into the educational process and to present the possibilities of its application in the classroom. The practical part of the dissertation consists of five topics that are included in different subjects and are taught both indoors and outdoors. Field-based integrated teaching and research-oriented teaching are also an important part of the work, as their connection with integrated teaching is very appropriate and increases students' interest and promotes intrinsic motivation even more. Other aims of the thesis are to summarise the advantages and disadvantages of integrated teaching, to get acquainted with different ways of using integration in teaching, to show its possibilities and limitations, to compare integrated teaching with project-based learning and to show an example of good practice from abroad. Elements of field-based integrated teaching and research-oriented teaching will be included in the selected topics, and a set of worksheets and aids will be produced that can be used for teaching within the selected integrated blocks. The aim of the work is also to evaluate the usability of these materials and their use. Overall, this dissertation focuses on the application and practical use of integrated learning in the first year of primary school. It brings new insights and ideas for teaching that can inspire teachers when preparing lessons.
