Cílem práce „Participace žen na pracovním trhu“ je analyzovat míru participace žen v České republice a Norsku a příčiny jejího vývoje. První část je věnována teoretickému vymezení participace žen a uvedením teoretických východisek, která ji ovlivňují. The goal of the thesis “The labour market participation of women” is to analyze the women participation rates in Czech Republic and Norway and the reasons of its evolution.
