The 20/20 strategy of the Primátor brewery a. s.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou z odvětví pivovarnictví a návrhem nejlepší možné strategie pro vybraný pivovar. V teoretické části je popsané strategické řízení jako obecné, a dále bude zaměřeno více pro obor pivovarnictví. Následně se vymezená problematika týká strategické analýzy, finanční analýzy. V teorii nechybí také základní popis vnitřního a vnějšího okolí podniku, VRIO analýza a SPACE analýza. Data, která jsou použita v této závěrečné práci jsou vytažena z odborných publikací (Proquest, EBSCO, Google Scholar), internetových a literárních zdrojů a finančních výkazů zkoumaného podniku. V praktické části budou předchozí poznatky z teorie aplikovány na samotné odvětví pivovarnictví a daného subjektu. V této části je zanalyzováno makrookolí podniku pomocí PEST, poté pomocí Porterova modelu pěti sil a dalšími metodami, které jsou již zmíněny v teoretické části. Tyto výsledky přispějí k vystavění SWOT analýzy.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the strategic analysis of the brewing industry and the design of the best possible strategy for the selected brewery. In the theoretical part, strategic management is described in general, and will be more focused on brewing. Subsequently, the defined issue concerns strategic analysis and financial analysis. The theory also includes a basic description of the enterprise's internal and external environment, VRIO analysis and SPACE analysis will be applied. The data that are used in this final thesis is derived from expert publications (Proquest, EBSCO, Google Scholar), internet and literary sources as well as financial reports of the surveyed enterprise. In the practical part, previous knowledge from theory will be applied to the brewing industry itself and to the subject. This section analyzes macro- enviroment of the company using PEST, then using the Porter model of five forces and other methods that are already mentioned in the theoretical part. These results will contribute to the SWOT analysis.
