The Determination of Basic Process Map in CZ LOKO, establishment Česká Třebová and Its Optimization Proposals
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na procesy, jejich řízení a mapování. Zadavatelem práce je CZ LOKO, a.s., provozovna Česká Třebová, jehož hlavním předmětem činonsti je výroba, oprava a modernizace drážních hnacích vozidel. cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout procesní mapu, zmapovat kritická místa a navrhnout její optimalizaci.
Abstract:
This dissertation is concentrated on processe and their control and monitoring. The dissertation ordering party is CZ LOKO, a.s., establishment in Česká Třebová, whose main line of business is the production, reparation and modernization of raiway propelling vehicles. The target is to propose a process map, monitor the critical points and suggest their optimazation.
