Inclusion problems at small school with composite classes

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je věnována tématu inkluze, které je pro učitele, žáky, asistenty pedagoga, rodiče i veřejnost stále aktuálnější, významné a důležité, protože ovlivňuje jejich životy a zasahuje do nich. Práce se zabývá problematikou inkluze a zjišťuje i její vliv na vytváření klimatu školy i jednotlivých tříd. Obsahuje i popis projevů inkluze na málotřídních školách. Cílem výzkumné části práce by mělo stát zaznamenávání zkušeností, názorů a pocitů všech pedagogických pracovníků na málotřídní škole, které mají spojitost se vzděláváním žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. V práci se snažím o zaznamenání skutečné situace na prvním stupni málotřídních škol a o zjištění, jakého počtu a typu žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami se dotýká. Jako základní metoda byl použit rozhovor s pedagogickými pracovníky, který byl doplněn jednoduchým dotazníkem, jehož otázky se týkají každodenních činností a vzájemných vztahů mezi pracovníky škol i jejich komunikace s poradenskými zařízeními a rodiči. Jejich analyzováním a vyhodnocením by měl být vytvořen návrh pro využití v praxi pro všechny účastníky vzdělávacího procesu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is devoted to the topic of inclusion, which is increasingly relevant, significant and important for teachers, pupils, teaching assistants, parents and the public, because it affects their lives and interferes with them. The thesis deals with the issue of inclusion and finds out its influence on the creation of the climate of the school and individual classes. It also contains a description of manifestations of inclusion in schools with few classes. The goal of the research part of the work should be to record the experiences, opinions and feelings of all teaching staff at a school with few classes, which are related to the education of pupils with special educational needs. In my work, I try to record the real situation in the first grade of schools with few classes and to find out what number and type of pupils with special educational needs it affects. The basic method was an interview with teaching staff, which was supplemented with a simple questionnaire, the questions of which relate to daily activities and mutual relations between school staff and their communication with counseling facilities and parents. By analyzing and evaluating them, a proposal should be created for use in practice for all participants in the educational process.
