The legal regulation of the real estates valuation methodics
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je popis současných metod v oceňování nemovitostí, vymezení základních pojmů oceňovaných nemovitostí a stanovení ceny dle zákona 151/1997 Sb. a návazných cenových předpisů, tzv. administrativní ceny a tržní hodnoty (ceny obvyklé) stanovené dle metodik tržního ocenění. Dále pak porovnání oceňovacích přístupů.
Abstract:
The objective of the bachelor thesis is to describe current methods of real estate valuation, determining of the elementary terms within realestate valuation and price comparison according to 151/1997 act and consecutive price regulations, so caled administrative price and usual price determined in accordance with market valuation methods. Than the analytical comparation both of these aproaches.
