Vulnerable Groups on The Labour Market

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce charakterizuje ohrožené skupiny na trhu práce a popisuje nástroje, pomáhající zlepšit jejich postavení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se věnuji trhu práce, typům nezaměstnanosti a dále již popisuji jednotlivé znevýhodněné skupiny. Závěr teoretické části patří popisu nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, kterými stát pomáhá těmto ohroženým skupinám. V praktické části je zpracováno dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na postavení absolventů na trhu práce. Závěr je věnován shrnutí celé problematiky a jsou zde napsána doporučení a případná strategie pro absolventy na trhu práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis characterizes threatened groups at the labour market and describes tools for improving their position. This thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I pursue labour market, types of unemployment and then I describe each threatened group individually. The end of the theoretical part belongs to description of the tools of active politics of employment, whose are used by state to help the threatened groups. The practical part contains questionnaire focused on status of graduates at the labour market. The end is dedicated to summing up the entire thesis and includes recommendations and possible strategies for graduates at the labour market.
