Abstract:

Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou poruch chování dnešní mládeže, jež nabývají podoby kriminálního jednání. Je poukazováno na nutnost analýzy etiologických činitelů, tedy příčin a podmínek deviantního chování dětí, jejichž poznání je nezbytným předpokladem pro přijímání a následnou aplikaci vhodných kontrolních mechanismů. Cílem disertační práce je analýza poznatků dotýkajících se rizikových faktorů kriminality mládeže a možností jejich eliminace. V empirické části práce jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumného šetření, které bylo realizováno s cílem ověření četnosti výskytu rizikových faktorů kriminality mládeže, tak jak byly popsány v teoretické části práce. Respondenty empirického šetření byli klienti orgánů sociálněprávní ochrany dětí, u nichž byla v uplynulém roce detekována některá z forem rizikového chování. V této části výzkumného šetření byla realizována analýza spisové dokumentace. Následně byla zjišťována též úroveň právního vědomí a měření hodnotové orientace dnešní mládeže, jež bývají dávány mnohdy do souvislosti právě s rozvojem kriminální dráhy mladého jedince. Za tímto účelem byla využita technika dotazníku. Část dotazníkového šetření se podařilo zrealizovat též u dětí na Slovensku a v Polsku, což nabízí v určitém ohledu další podněty k hlubšímu zamyšlení se nad daným tématem.

Abstract:

The dissertation deals with the issues of behavioural disorders of present day youth, which take the form of criminal conduct. The necessity to analyze etiological factors, thus the causes of and conditions for the deviant behaviour of children is laid out, as their awareness is a prerequisite for the adoption and subsequent application of suitable control mechanisms. The objective of the dissertation is to analyze findings concerning risk factors of youth crime and the possibilities for the elimination thereof. The empirical part of the paper presents the results of the questionnaire survey, which was conducted with the objective of verifying the frequency of the occurrence of risk factors of youth crime, as described in the theoretical part of this paper. Respondents of the empirical survey were clients of socio-legal children’s protection authorities, who displayed some form of risk behaviour in the past year. In this part of the questionnaire survey an analysis of case files was conducted. Subsequently, the level of legal awareness of today’s youth was determined as well as the orientation of their values, which are commonly thought to be related to the development of a young individual’s path toward a life of crime. Questionnaire technique was applied for this purpose. A part of the questionnaire survey was successfully conducted with the participation of children in Slovakia and Poland, which offers further incentives for deeper reflection on the given topic in certain regards.
