Práce je analýzou současné právní úpravy územního řízení. Obsahuje vymezení jeho druhů, zhodnocení vývoje legislativy a vzájemných vztahů s jinými oblastmi práva. Reaguje na praktické využití této problematiky a nutnost koordinace s jinou právní úpravou. Další část práce je zaměřena na dotčené pozemky, v tomto případě lázeňská místa. The thesis is an analysis of the current legal regulation of planning permission proceedings. It includes the definition of types of proceedings, the assessment of the legislation development and its relations to other areas of law.
